Adjustments to Disclosure Statement
On June 25 the Co-operative Board approved the following adjustments to the term percentages given in section 3(9) of the Disclosure Statement (page 10):
- A maximum of 38% of the total Debentures can be issued with a 5 year term. Additional subscriptions above this level will be refused.
- A minimum of 25% of the total Debentures can be issued with a 15 year term. If this threshold is not reached, the Debenture offer will be cancelled.
